Bits & Bolts with Paulina

How It Started

Bits & Bolts began as a way to bridge the gap between how engineering is talked about and how it’s actually practiced.

After years of working hands-on with cloud infrastructure, DevOps teams, and platform transformations, i noticed the same pattern repeating: great ideas breaking down at the point of execution.

The podcast was created to slow the conversation down.

To explore:

What happens inside complex engineering organizations

How teams make decisions under regulatory, security, and scale constraints

Why “best practices” often fail without context
